Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying different sections of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current oversight release.
